A pandemic and many, many more concerts later, Mishima presents a new album entitled L'aigua clara, launched in physical format (CD and, later on, LP) and digital through his own label The Rest Is Silence.
Recorded at Black Box, Peter Deimel's analogue sanctuary in Angers (France), the ninth studio album of his career - tenth in total, if we add the live set Ara i Aquí (2019) - sublimes their traditional formula: literary depth and sonic forcefulness. L'aigua clara is a celebration of life that does not look away from its abyss. It opens with El gran lladre, where we hear, as if it were the synthesis of the new repertoire: "Another love song by someone who has never been able to get l'aigua clara". Thei first new repertoire since Ara i res (2017), attack the inner monologue (Sé que ets tu), the fear of oneself (Por de mi) or pure nostalgia in Un lloc que no recordi, peculiar chronicle of confinement and first single of the album, which will be available from April 1.
Fully recognized as the country's great rock band, David Carabén (vocals and guitar), Marc Lloret (keyboards), Dani Vega (guitar), Xavi Caparrós (bass) and Alfons Serra (drums) reach their full potential in an album that can already be pre-ordered around. It will be officially presented live on May 6 at L’Auditori de Girona. It will be the start of a tour that will arrive to Barcelona on May 27 and has a confirmed slot at the most important festivals of the summer circuit (Vida, FIB, MoboFest, Embassa't and a long list of others).
